Job Description
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and evaluate team priorities, define shared opportunities and requirements, and establish information sharing mechanisms presenting the bigger picture.Serve as a SME and Champion for our campaign management tool across service lines.
Host monthly trainings to teach new joiners how to use the tool.
Build out campaigns in Wrike, our campaign management tool, to ensure consistency and accuracy of projects across the marketing organization.
Validate campaign IDs and other needed campaign tagging to ensure we have accurate information flowing through the Adobe platform.
Archive campaigns in management tool when they are completed.
Participate in campaign process, including working cross-functionally to manage integrated calendar.
Learn and leverage existing firm technologies to develop and manage semi-automated reporting workflows and campaign dashboards (e.g. Wrike Analytics, Excel, MS Power BI).
Maintain and update marketing org. charts on a quarterly basis.
Maintain marketing pages on Canvas (intranet).
External award research, tracking and reporting.
Explore opportunities to build out automations with system APIs.
