Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate and maintain recruitment data from various sources.
- Validate, clean, and reconcile data on a routine basis to ensure accuracy.
- Design, build and distribute standard reports and dashboards to track key TA metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and hiring trends.
- Create visually compelling, interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Metabase.
- Partner with stakeholders to design, implement, and monitor Talent Acquisition initiatives.
- Leverage Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation and deeper statistical analysis.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve talent acquisition processes.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance overall recruitment efficiency.
Skills
- 3+ years of experience as an MIS Executive, Analyst, or in a similar data-focused role. Experience within talent acquisition domain will be preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, power query and data manipulation techniques is a must.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tool is a must.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw meaningful insights from complex data sets.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like Lever or any ATS tool will be a plus.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, and Power Automate is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy and quality.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in working on data, especially on reporting, data analysis
