â 5 -10 years sales development experience, preferably at a SaaS
company
â An individual with solid verbal and written sales communication skills
â A team player and a self -starter.
â Manage all phases of the sales cycle including business development,
lead identification, qualification, scope, proposal development, client
presentations and contract negotiation.
â Generate qualified leads independently, hunt the market, and close new
deals.
â Run the sales cycle for leads allocated/generated independently
â Actively pursue and hunt for new business opportunities within existing
accounts as well as identify growth opportunities.
â Achieve the agreed upon annual sales targets.
â Provide well -thought out and reliable direction, both in technical and non
technical terms, to help prospects and customers purchase, adopt,
integrate, deploy and maintain the KPOINT offerings.
â Manage cross industry leads and have an appetite to consume extensive
valuable information
â Customize the sales pitch according to the prospects and the situation
â Carve out pitches, proposals and existing sales decks.
â Define and articulate problem statements, work with teams towards a
solution framework.
â Exceed all operational excellence metrics such as: Pipeline coverage,
forecast accuracy, timely comments and activity metrics
â Serve as an internal and external point of contact on customer issues and
ensure they are resolved as expediently as possible whenever called
upon to do so.
