Locations: Noida,Mumbai,Pune,Bangalore,Hyderabad,Chennai,Coimbatore (Hybrid)

Experience: 8-25 Years

The Person:

*Minimum of 8 years of experience in life sciences strategy consulting or related roles

*Proven track record of successfully leading and executing top-line strategy projects within the life sciences industry

*Reporting to Global Director For Life Sciences Business.

*Strong expertise in pharma R&D & commercial & medical devices entire value chain

*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

*Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

*Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.

The Role:

*Lead and contribute to high-impact projects in top-line strategy, , M&A, market access, strategic planning, product and portfolio strategy and more.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful solutions to complex business challenges.

*Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies.

*Engage in business development activities, establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry.

*Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering professional growth and development.
