Responsibilities -
• We are seeking a Senior MDM Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience to lead Master Data Management initiatives for a global pharmaceutical client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pharma master data domains including Product, Material, Customer (HCP/HCO), Vendor, Clinical, and Regulatory data.

• This role requires experience in implementing/Supporting enterprise MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, or Semarchy, along with a solid understanding of pharma regulatory compliance and data governance standards.

• Drive workshops with business stakeholders to build consensus and buy-in on requirements

• Capture business requirements in Jira or any other ticketing tool

• Draw business process diagrams using Visio or Lucid charts to depict existing processes

• Participate in project implementations as a business stakeholder and support implementation teams during development and testing phase

• Create documents such as business case, Data Dictionary, User requirement specifications, Process Flows and Project charters. • Define MDM roadmap aligned with commercial, R&D, and supply chain functions.

• Participate in Scrum calls and represent the team

• Suggest ideas and provide subject Matter expertise on MDM topics and propose potential solutions based on Master and Reference data

• Collaborate with Master data management implementation teams and evaluate technical solutions suggested by them for suitability for the business process.

• Perform impact analysis of MDM based solutions on downstream consumption systems.

• Collaborate with Data Governance Team, Data Stewards and QA team.

• Lead UAT cycles and production validation support.

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience with at least 4+ years in Pharma/Life Sciences MDM programs.

• Strong exposure to MDM tools like Informatica MDM SaaS or Semarchy.

• Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Jira, Service Now, Remedy, etc.

• Experience in Agile / SAFe environments.

• Experience on Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio diagrams, Flow charts using Lucid or Visio.

• Lifesciences Business Analysis and Master Data Management experienced professionals.

• Deep knowledge of data governance, stewardship, and metadata management.

• Risk Mitigation & Audit Readiness

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
