Job Description - Sr. Customer Care Executive (Inbound Voice Process)

The company caters to offshore consumers and business entities through Telemarketing services since 2014 within a short span of time the company has built its foundation on high level of customer satisfaction and unmatched services and support functions, in consonance with trust, accountability and reliability of our own products and technical services , which has not only enhanced the performance of our in house talents but also increased the productivity of the company and its related products through research and development by fraction or two day after day. It has claimed the single point of platform for all solutions to our customers with continual deliverance in IT enable support systems.

Job Description

Primary role will involve handling inbound calls.

1) Process: - Inbound Voice 

2) Shifts:-Day (10:30am- 8:30pm) /Night (8.30pm-6am)

3) Salary: - up to 24000/- (Fixed) + Incentives

4) Experience: - at least 6 months or more.( out bound )

5) Criteria: - Excellent English communication

6) Shifts Morning/ Night

7) Salary 1st of Every Month

• Candidate with at least 6 months experience in Outbound can apply for Inbound Tech 

Support Process.

Candidate must know how to close there own call

Domestic & fresher candidates are not applicable 

• Candidate with age limit 18 -35 can apply only, must know how to close calls by taking payments through different gateways.
