Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in BPO Inbound Voice Process (Mandatory)

Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi

Shift: Night Shift (Monday–Friday)

Salary: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA

Education: Bachelor's Degree Mandatory

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently
  

• Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service
  

• Meet individual performance metrics, quality standards, and productivity targets
  

• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate teams when required
  

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
  

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during every interaction
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a BPO Inbound Voice Process
  

• Strong communication and customer handling skills
  

• Ability to manage customer queries and complaints professionally
  

• Good problem -solving and multitasking abilities
  

• Comfortable working in a night shift environment
