About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer – DBT Engineer with expertise in DBT, Snowflake, SQL, and Data Vault 2.0. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data transformation pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, analytics-ready data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data transformation pipelines using DBT.
  

• Build and optimize data models in Snowflake for enterprise analytics.
  

• Develop high-performance SQL queries and transformations.
  

• Implement Data Vault 2.0 methodology and enterprise data modeling best practices.
  

• Design and optimize scalable data workflows for performance and reliability.
  

• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver robust data solutions.
  

• Support CI/CD implementation for data engineering workflows.
  

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and adherence to enterprise standards.
  

• Troubleshoot and optimize existing data pipelines and workflows.
  

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in Data Engineering.
  

• Strong expertise in DBT for data transformation and pipeline development.
  

• Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake.
  

• Strong understanding of Data Vault 2.0 methodology.
  

• Experience with Enterprise Data Models (EDM) and data modeling concepts.
  

• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms.
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with CI/CD for data engineering pipelines.
  

• Exposure to cloud data platforms and modern data architectures.
  

• Experience with performance tuning and optimization in Snowflake.
