Job Description - Sr DevOps Engineer

Role:

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to help refine our development processes and
infrastructure, bringing the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies to our team. This role is
ideal for a self -driven professional who can manage their time and priorities efficiently while
contributing to scalable, reliable, and secure systems.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll collaborate across engineering and operations to
streamline CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, and drive innovation in our
cloud -native architecture - primarily leveraging AWS.

Responsibilities:

â Own and manage tasks on the DevOps roadmap, ensuring timely delivery

â Architect, maintain, and support large -scale, distributed cloud infrastructure

â Manage container orchestration using ECS and EKS

â Automate infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools

â Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI)

â Design and manage containerization solutions with Docker and Kubernetes

â Maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation and monitoring systems

â Collaborate with cross -functional teams to improve deployment reliability and velocity

â Ensure best practices in system architecture, scalability, and cloud security

â Support and maintain live production environments

Requirements

Qualification & experience:

â A B.tech candidate with 10+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles

â Strong background in cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS or Azure

â Expertise in containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS

â Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell

â Hands -on experience with infrastructure -as -code tools like Terraform and Ansible

â Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI)

â Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Datadog, Logstash, Kibana

â Strong grasp of systems architecture, deployment automation, and performance
optimization

â Prior experience working in cross -functional teams in fast -paced environments

â Excellent communication and collaboration skills

NICE TO HAVES:

â Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing

â Knowledge of cloud security best practices - IAM, encryption, network security

â Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles

â Exposure to tools like CloudFormation, AppMesh, or AWS Lambda
