Job Title: Senior Engineer – Real Estate

Job Description:
We are hiring a Senior Engineer for residential real estate projects. Candidate must have strong experience in RCC work, finishing activities, site execution, quality control, contractor coordination, and project planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site execution as per drawings & specifications


• Monitor RCC, finishing & structural work quality


• Coordinate with contractors, consultants & site team


• Ensure project progress as per timeline


• Check material quality and site safety compliance


• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports


• Resolve technical/site execution issues

Requirements:

• B.E./Diploma Civil


• 5–8 years experience in residential real estate


• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing & site management


• Good leadership and coordination skills
