The applicant should have capability to analyze commodity spend data \u0026 leverage data analytics \u0026 ideation principles to create new project opportunities. \n\" \n\n\u2022Proven track record in executing strategic and operational plans for VAVE, resourcing, negotiation, and part rationalization to achieve measurable cost-out goals. \n\u2022Sound technical knowledge of LV/MV electrical products\u2014preferably panelboard, Switchboard, switchgear assemblies and components such as circuit breakers, switches, and fuses. \n\u2022Strong knowledge of global design standards (IEC, UL, CSA, NEMA) and compliance testing such as short circuit, temperature rise, and arc tests per IEEE/IEC/UL standards. \n\u2022Proficient in Product Teardown analysis, Design and Competitive Benchmarking, Function analysis, and leading technical evaluations for decision-making. \n\u2022Experience in technically leading projects through all stages of the product development cycle, including Agile ProLaunch processes. \n\u2022Strong collaboration with SCM to develop local ecosystems for prototypes and testing. \n\u2022Coordination with cross-functional teams (Design, Simulation, Reliability, Marketing, Manufacturing) to deliver engineering designs and specifications. \n\u2022Hands-on experience in plants for resolving technical issues, driving LEAN initiatives, and DFSS-certified for early risk identification and robust product development. \n\u2022Expertise in product costing, cost analysis, and leveraging manufacturing processes/design features for cost optimization.\n\n\" \n\n## Qualifications:\n\nMinimum education for this position is a Bachelor / Masters in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, with demonstrated experience in technical engineering organization. (Preferably worked in Electrical industry) \n8-10 years of experience with multinational engineering organization\n\n## Skills:\n\n\"Hands on knowledge of Value Engineering principles \u0026 its deployment, Knowledge on electrical products such as LV/MV switchgear, Breakers, Busway System, data analysis, PBI tools \n\" \nWork \u0026 interact with global cross-functional and cross-cultural team.
