Position: Senior Engineer –
Production

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 5–10 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical
Engineering

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Production professional to
manage shop-floor operations, achieve production targets, improve productivity,
and optimize manpower and resources.

Key Responsibilities

1.      Plan and execute daily/monthly production
targets.

2.      Ensure smooth production operations and
effective line balancing.

3.      Monitor and improve production efficiency and
productivity.

4.      Manage and allocate manpower as per production
requirements.

5.      Drive process optimization and continuous
improvement.

6.      Control rework, rejection and production losses.

7.      Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Kaizen
initiatives.

8.      Optimize utilization of manpower, machines and
other resources.

9.      Monitor and control overtime and production
costs.

10. Coordinate
with Quality, Planning, Maintenance and other departments.

11. Ensure
adherence to SOPs, safety and quality standards.

Required Skills

1.      Production planning & shop-floor management

3.      Line balancing & process optimization

4.      Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Kaizen

5.      Productivity improvement

6.      Problem-solving & root-cause analysis

7.      Strong team management and coordination skills

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in
engineering/manufacturing industries.
