Qualification: B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail -oriented Senior Engineer – Quality Management System (QMS) to manage and improve the organization’s quality systems, documentation, compliance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate should have strong knowledge of ISO standards, audits, CAPA, and quality documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO standards.

Handle documentation related to SOPs, Work Instructions, Formats, and Quality Procedures.

Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure audit compliance.

Monitor CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) implementation and closure.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and statutory regulations.

Conduct process audits and support departmental quality improvements.

Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review meetings.

Coordinate with cross -functional teams for quality -related issues and improvements.

Support supplier quality and customer complaint handling activities.

Train employees on QMS procedures, quality standards, and documentation requirements.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean practices, etc.

Ensure proper record maintenance and document control activities.
