Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Engineer with specialized knowledge in MIVAN shuttering and finishing works for high-rise residential/commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for executing and monitoring structural finishing works post MIVAN casting, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  Supervise MIVAN shuttering, reinforcement, and concrete works, ensuring precision and safety.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle finishing activities post-MIVAN casting such as:

  
  
  
  
  • 
    

    Surface correction

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    POP/putty application

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Waterproofing

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Tiling, painting, and final fixtures

    
    
  
  
  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project timelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate site execution records, work checklists, and daily reports.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct joint inspections for de-shuttering, finishing readiness, and handover stages.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor MEP finishing coordination (electrical/plumbing fittings) with civil finishing.

  
  


• 
  

  Review and certify contractor bills and progress.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure material management and optimum utilization at the site.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify site execution issues and implement corrective actions.

  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• 
  

  B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience in MIVAN shuttering and finishing work.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, detailing, and finishing checks.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to read and interpret structural & architectural drawings.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

  
  

Preferred Candidates:

• 
  

  Worked on large-scale residential high-rise MIVAN projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with RERA and safety compliance standards.
