Sr. Estimation Eng - RCC, Finishing & MEP

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Estimation Engineer with strong experience in RCC, finishing, and MEP estimation for residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, rate analysis, and coordination with design, contracts, procurement, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for RCC, civil, finishing, and MEP works.


• Prepare project-wise cost estimates and budgets based on drawings and specifications.


• Carry out RCC estimation including concrete, reinforcement steel, shuttering/formwork, etc.


• Prepare finishing estimates for plaster, flooring, painting, waterproofing, doors/windows, tiling, and other finishing works.


• Handle MEP estimation including electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, ELV, and related services.


• Perform rate analysis for civil, finishing, and MEP items.


• Review drawings, specifications, and consultant BOQs for discrepancies and variations.


• Prepare and evaluate BOQs, comparative statements, and tender documents.


• Coordinate with Architect, MEP Consultants, Contracts, Procurement, and Execution teams.


• Track quantity and cost variations during project execution.


• Verify contractor/subcontractor quantities and assist in certification wherever required.


• Maintain estimation records, rate databases, and cost reports.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing & MEP estimation.


• Good understanding of residential construction methods and specifications.


• Proficiency in Excel and estimation-related software.


• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.


• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and rate analysis.


• Good coordination and communication skills.
