Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Innovation & Technical Excellence

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive innovation, value engineering, advanced construction technologies, sustainable solutions, and technical excellence across real estate and construction projects. The role will focus on improving project quality, cost, productivity, speed, safety, and long-term performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement innovations in construction technology, AI, BIM, Digital Twin, IoT, automation, drones, prefabrication, and modular construction.


• Drive value engineering through design optimization, material alternatives, cost reduction, productivity, buildability, and lifecycle costing.


• Evaluate new construction materials, sustainable products, smart building systems, and emerging technologies.


• Support technical activities including design reviews, constructability, procurement strategy, technology selection, quality improvement, and technical risk management.


• Develop technical standards, best practices, innovation databases, and knowledge repositories.


• Monitor industry trends, building codes, ESG requirements, and global construction practices.


• Support client presentations, innovation workshops, and strategic technical advisory.


• Conduct training on emerging technologies, value engineering, and technical excellence.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering – Mandatory


• Master's in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management preferred.


• PMP, RICS, LEED AP, IGBC AP, Chartered Engineer, MBA, or equivalent certifications preferred.


• 4–6 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, PMC, EPC, developer, or consulting organizations.


• Strong experience in innovation, value engineering, technical excellence, and large-scale developments.
