Role Purpose
To drive advertising revenue across Television and Digital platforms through direct client
servicing, agency coordination, and customized brand solution integrations. The role
involves identifying new revenue opportunities, managing key relationships, and delivering
strategic media solutions aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Generation (TV & Digital)
âAchieve assigned advertising revenue targets across TV and digital inventory.
âDevelop and manage relationships with media agencies, corporate clients, and local
advertisers.
âIdentify and convert new business opportunities across sectors.
âMaximize yield through bundled TV + Digital offerings.
2. New Client Acquisition
âDevelop a structured pipeline of prospective advertisers and agencies.
âGenerate leads through market mapping, networking, and category tracking.
âConvert prospects into long -term advertising partners.
3. Brand Solutions & Integrated Sales
âConceptualize and pitch innovative brand integration opportunities across shows,
properties, events, and digital formats.
âCollaborate with internal teams (Programming, Marketing, Digital, Creative) to create
4. customized advertiser solutions.
âExecute sponsorship -led campaigns, branded content, and impact properties.
âDrive monetization through special programming integrations and thematic
campaigns.
5. Client Relationship Management
âMaintain strong relationships with existing advertisers and agencies.
âEnsure high client satisfaction through regular engagement and solution -driven
servicing.
âProvide post -campaign performance insights where applicable.
6. Market Intelligence
âTrack competitor activity and pricing benchmarks.
âIdentify emerging advertising categories and sectors.
âProvide actionable insights to improve sales strategy.
7. Internal Coordination
âWork closely with Traffic, Programming, Marketing, Digital, and Finance teams for
seamless campaign execution.
âEnsure timely release orders (ROs), documentation, and billing coordination.
Desired Candidate Profile
â4–6 years of experience in Media Sales (TV / Digital / Integrated Advertising
Sales)
âStrong exposure to agency network and regional advertiser ecosystem
âExperience in concept selling and brand integrations
âUnderstanding of digital advertising formats (display, video, social, branded content)
âExcellent negotiation and presentation skills
âAbility to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
