White Turtle Studios, A Trailer Park Group Company, is looking for an experienced and skilled member to join our Data Asset Management team based in Mumbai.

We create and produce some of the world's most recognizable key art for film, TV/streaming and home media clients. We have built a great reputation on award-winning creative, great service, and a fun and energetic culture—and we may be looking for you to join us as we build our team in Mumbai.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Asset Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various data operations, including organizing content, shortlisting images, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely content delivery. A strong learning mindset and the ability to adapt to internal processes are essential for this role to support evolving client requirements effectively.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Content Management (Download & Upload):

• Perform daily uploads and downloads of content from Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, and other online platforms to local servers, based on client requests.


• Ensure timely completion of daily data transfer targets while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.

2. Data Organization & Storage:

• Maintain detailed Excel records of daily progress, including storage cleanup and data organization activities.


• Ensure files are well-structured and accessible for internal use.

3. Image Shortlisting:

• Review and shortlist RAW image files received directly from on-location shoots.


• Categorize and organize images by format (RAW/JPEG) and designated folders according to asset attributes.

4. Team Collaboration & Communication:

• Maintain polite and professional communication with cross-functional teams.


• Provide proactive updates on task progress and flag any operational issues in a timely manner.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 3–4 years of experience in Data or Content Management, preferably in a studio or production environment.


• Strong dedication to meeting critical project timelines, even if additional effort or time is required.


• Adaptable and willing to learn new tools, workflows, and team processes.


• Familiarity with online storage platforms such as Google Drive, Box, and OneDrive is essential.


• Basic understanding of Slack communication, Microsoft Excel, and email correspondence.


• Functional knowledge of both Mac and Windows systems.


• Experience with data copying to servers, handling large file transfers, and using hard drives for backup and storage.


• Basic technical understanding of data upload/download challenges related to large file sizes.
