Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer due‑diligence programs by conducting thorough reviews of vendors and customers as defined in the scope.
- Execute, maintain, and implement daily operational processes in accordance with team and project SOPs.
- Verify and review company registration details and other relevant information submitted through onboarding and risk‑assessment questionnaires.
- Assess solution responses and identify any potential screening hits related to sanctions, watchlists, or adverse media.
- Evaluate and adjudicate screening matches to distinguish true positives from false positives.
- Monitor daily alerts and screening results for portfolio records and escalate significant findings to relevant compliance stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks and routine risk assessments in alignment with established SLAs.
- Maintain required MIS reports and prepare performance updates, progress reviews, and forecasting reports as requested by management.
- Adhere strictly to documented processes to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
- Work closely and cohesively with team members across the organization.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate or postgraduate with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Sanctions, Watchlists, AML, and PEP regulations, with hands‑on experience in related operational processes.
- Capable of ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication with clients while coordinating effectively with internal teams to meet expectations.
- Possesses a solid understanding of financial data, due‑diligence procedures, and risk‑assessment methodologies.
- Strong customer‑focus and highly results‑driven.
- Proficient in MS Office and related productivity tools.
