Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Executive - Quality Control with a background in mechanical engineering and 3-5 years in quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement quality control procedures to comply with industry standards
• Conduct inspections and tests on materials and products
• Analyze test results and recommend improvements
• Resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain detailed documentation of quality processes
• Train junior quality control staff
• Collaborate with teams for process improvements
• Stay updated with industry standards and regulations
• Participate in audits and maintain ISO certification
• Present quality control reports to management

Requirements:

• B.E., B.Tech., or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of quality control experience, preferably in heavy engineering
• ASNT NDT Level II (VT,UT,MPT,LPT,RT) Certifications
• Knowledge of Welding Processes(GTAW,GMAW,SMAW,FCAW,SAW)
• Knowledge of ASME and EN Codes
• Strong understanding of quality control principles
• Exceptional documentation skills
• Experience with ISO certification and audits
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
• Ability to travel for client visits and audits
