Sr. Executive - RA Unsecured Operations| Ernakulam

1. Handling loan disbursement, Queue management and measurement of TAT. 


2. Manage life cycle of loan servicing processing which includes Collection, Pre-Closure Process, Loan Cancellation and other related activities which includes tracking of Service Requests.

1. Incumbent should be able to create test scenarios for testing purpose for any system enhancement/development & have the experience of testing in depth.
2. Exception monitoring on pending files receipt and PDD.  
3. Target on high % achievement on NACH, Manage EMI cycle, Resolve customer related query complaints, review for non recurrence. 
4. Vendor Management. 
5. Audit and compliance controls.  
6. Cross functioning on Volume days and effectiveness.
7. The incumbent should have effective skills to handle and manage  outsourced Staff.   
8. Managing & closure of Service requests with in TAT.

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualifications:
Graduation (Any Specialization)
Post Graduation (Any Specialization)
