Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior cross-functional leaders to identify and prioritize enterprise-wide process enhancement opportunities.
Design and implement strategic initiatives to streamline operations, elevate efficiency, and drive business impact.
Lead advanced data analysis to uncover performance trends and inform high-value operational decisions.
Sponsor and guide Lean Six Sigma programs to embed a culture of operational excellence across the organization.
Provide executive-level training and thought leadership on operational best practices and transformation methodologies.
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and drive accountability.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence at scale.
