Sr Hardware Engineer

The Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer will develop electronic hardware for high performance, real-time controls and protective relays used for Air Circuit Breakers. The Senior Electronics Hardware Engineer will collaborate with a multi-discipline engineering team (Firmware, hardware, and test) to define requirements between hardware and software subsystems. Design and refine analog/digital circuits and embedded systems using engineering tools. Conduct product testing for functionality, reliability, and compliance (EMI/EMC, UL). Support manufacturing processes and ensure quality standards. Create and maintain product documentation including specifications and test procedures. Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver market-ready products." B.E. / M.E / Mtech Electronics / E&TC 6-8 years in electronics design and development with production support experience in ACB, MCCB in Low voltage Proficiency in analog/digital circuit design and embedded systems. Experience with EMI/EMC compliance and UL certification processes. Familiarity with PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD) and simulation tools (LTspice, PSpice). Understanding of communication protocols (SPI, I2C, Modbus, CAN, Ethernet) Strong communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration. Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving. Adaptability in fast-paced development and manufacturing environments.
