As a Senior Hardware Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative IoT solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating cutting-edge hardware architectures and ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams to bring our IoT vision to life.

Responsibilities

Design and develop hardware architectures for IoT devices and systems.
Conduct thorough research and stay updated with the latest advancements in RF technology.
Create detailed specifications and documentation for hardware designs.
Lead and mentor a team of hardware engineers, providing guidance and support.
Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
Perform thorough testing and debugging of hardware prototypes and systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for IoT hardware.
Provide technical expertise and support during the manufacturing and deployment phases.
Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in the IoT space.

Qualifications

A graduate degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in electronics product design, with a strong focus on RF technology.
Proven track record of successful hardware design and development projects.
In-depth knowledge of RF circuit design, signal processing, and antenna systems.
Experience with IoT hardware architecture and low-power design techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
Proficiency in using relevant design tools and software for hardware development.
