Understand clients’ requirement and intimate extensive search for candidates as and when required either from our databank or from other sources. Understand the cultural factors of client company and brief candidates elaborately so that there is effective understanding of the culture and expectations among candidates who are being selected by the company. We cater to a limited number of clients hence our quality service is always maintained and enhanced from time to time. Our services are relatively faster and effective. We have placed many candidates in a number of reputed organizations that are currently doing very well and enjoying their assignments too. Presently we are providing staff in Industry, Export House, Banking FMCG, MNC etc.

Job Description :
1. Coordinating with the clients and getting requirements.
2. Screening CV's from Job portal as per client requirement.
3. Pitching the candidates and briefing them about requirements.
4. Sending CV's to the client and following them for the feedback.
5. Following with the candidates for the interview.
6. Following with the candidates for joining and negotiating salary with them.
7. This will be End to End Recruitment.
8. It’s a Target Oriented JOB.

Qualification : Any Graduates UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
Job Nature : Full Time
2nd and 4th Saturday off
