Sr Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

·      -Perform routine inspections of
equipment, machinery, and building systems to ensure proper functioning.

·       Troubleshoot and repair
mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.

·       Conduct regular preventive
maintenance tasks (e.g., changing filters, checking wiring, inspecting plumbing
systems).

·       Respond promptly to repair
requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.

·       Maintain and repair doors,
windows, floors, walls, ceilings, and other building structures as needed.

·       Perform general janitorial and
cleaning duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

·       Ensure compliance with safety
standards and company policies.

·       Maintain inventory of
maintenance supplies and equipment, and request orders for necessary materials.

·       Assist with the setup of
equipment and arrangements for special events or activities.

·       Collaborate with other
departments to schedule maintenance work and minimize disruption to daily
operations.

·       Maintain accurate records of
completed tasks, repairs, and inspections.

·       Participate in on -call rotation
for emergency repairs, if applicable.
