With this in mind, we are hiring a talented and passionate
individual to own our Pre -Sales function.
As the Lead of
the Pre -Sales Function at ADROSONIC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring
our Value -Driven Sales approach is communicated compellingly across proposals,
Proof of Value (PoV) demonstrations, and other sales collateral. You will
collaborate closely with Sales Heads, Technical Sales Engineers, and Marketing
to articulate our offerings clearly, thereby accelerating business growth and
customer success.
Lead Qualifications:
• Support
the qualification of leads from Marketing qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales
Qualified Leads (SQL) in close collaboration with Sales Heads.
Solution Definition and Proposal Development:
• Understand
and document prospects’ problem statement clearly.
• Ask
insightful, probing questions to both prospects and internal stakeholders
(Sales Engineers, Practice Leads, and Technology Leads) to define high -level
solutions.
Delivery Workshops:
• Actively
participate in discovery workshops, ensuring solution refinement aligns closely
with clients’ needs.
Proposal and Sales Collateral Development:
• Prepare
persuasive, value -driven proposals tailored specifically to prospect
requirements.
• Coordinate
closely with Marketing to maintain and update standard sales collaterals, customizing
as needed.
• Partner
with Marketing to continuously refine and update sales collaterals based on
feedback from Sales team
Proof of Value (PoV) and Demos:
• Coordinate with Sales engineers and Practice
Leads to provide necessary inputs and ensure timely preparation of PoVs and customized
Demos, facilitating smooth coordination in the technical solution development.
• Lead demonstrations, ensuring clarity and
client alignment.
RFPs, Legal and Compliance coordination:
• Manage, maintain and own IT Security
questionnaire responses in coordination with the Risk & Compliance and IT
Teams during Sales closure.
• Collaborate with Legal on Master Service
agreements, Statement of Work, and other critical documents.
Market Intelligence and
Competitor Analysis:
• Regularly monitor and analyse market trends,
competitor offerings, and customer feedback to ensure proposals and sales
collaterals remain competitive and relevant.

• BTech/BE/MCA or MBA or both.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a
similar role.
• Proven experience in Pre -Sales with a
Value -Driven Sales mindset.
• Strong skills in proposal writing, solution
articulation, and presentation.
• Expertise in Intelligent Automation, Data
Engineering & Analytics, or related technologies is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
• Preferable experience in the Insurance or
related industries.
