SR. Manager -Enterprise Training Lead

• Conduct train the trainer programme for master supervisors and trainers of partners Carry
  out revalidation training for SMB & Strategic Large & Government accounts.
  
• Execute performance coaching and on field mentoring.
  
• Manage training on how to handle Enterprise Accounts.
  
• Articulate and draft actual field scenarios and shared with teams at head quarters.
  
• Support national head quarter teams in designing vernacular content .
  
• Plan and execute buddy ride with newly ESO & ESM's 8. Ensure handholding of ESO's &
  ESM's for first 30 days.
  
• Monitor and audit buddy ride and certification for new hires
  
  
• Drive periodic audit of training infra readiness .
  
• Conduct periodic recertification of Line Managers.
