We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product & Strategy to work closely with the Associate Director, Product & Strategy on executing Aira's product priorities and continuously improving the product across real-world healthcare workflows.

This hands-on product management role spans roadmap planning, engineering coordination, AI evaluation, workflow design, user research, and product analytics. You will translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and use data and evidence to guide decisions.

• Translate priorities, user feedback, and deployment learnings into clear requirements and execution plans.

• Coordinate engineering prioritisation, delivery timelines, dependencies, testing, and release readiness.

• Define metrics for healthcare workers, customers, internal teams, and leadership to measure usage, adoption, AI quality, and workflow outcomes.

• Analyse usage data, model outputs, errors, edge cases, and stakeholder feedback to identify improvements.

• Build evidence through pilots, evaluations, and deployment data while collaborating across product, engineering, clinical, implementation, and operations teams.

In the first 6–12 months, you will:

• Establish a clear roadmap and aligned execution plan for assigned product priorities.

• Coordinate engineering delivery with well-defined requirements, milestones, and success measures.

• Implement evaluation frameworks covering AI quality, reliability, usage, and workflow outcomes.

• 2+ years of experience in product management, data analysis, healthcare, AI products, or related projects.

• Ability to translate business priorities and user insights into clear product requirements.

• Experience working closely with engineering teams to plan and execute product initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills, including defining metrics and using quantitative and qualitative evidence.

• Understanding of prompts, LLMs, AI evaluation, or AI-enabled workflows.

• Strong written communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and structured thinking, with comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
