| II. JOB OBJECTIVES | |||||||||||
| Mixing,Extruding , 3 Roll and 4 Roll Cal, stock Bead/Bias/Band,Tire Building 1st stage, 2nd stage & Curing process/ machine knowledge / Tyre industry knowledge / safety for achieve Zero accident and 5S Knowledge ,QMS knowledge for Zero Out flow within process. Scrap reduction/waste reduction/3R for environment control , Efficient working for achieving daily production target , quick change over , down time monitoring and reduction of movement for increase productivity , Factory cost reduction for saving manufacturing cost ,Basic HR rule for smooth production etc. | |||||||||||
| III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | |||||||||||
| A. Technical / Functions | 1. Implementation, maintenance & improvement of the established quality management in Mixing/Ex-Cal/Material Process. 2.Responsible for periodical review and assessment of Mixing/Ex-Cal/Material Process area of responsibility by identifying changes & improvement potentials on key areas including potential failures for preventive actions and control. 3.Establishing and deployment of objectives and plans to ensure the effective functioning of the system. 4.Responsible for ensuring that appropriate monitoring, measurement and analysis of the process are established to ensure that both operation and control of the process is effective. 5.Responsible for implementing actions to achieved planned results. 6.Ensuring the availability of necessary resources and information needed to support operation and monitoring of the processes through proper budget allocation and effective use of resources. 7.Responsible for review production order and assuring quality all throughout the area. 8.Responsible for implementing document and data control guidelines on various documents and records issued and received by him to ensure that they are approved for adequacy prior to use, updated, available at all points of use, remain legible and identifiable, controlled (Including external documents), and that obsolete documents are remove from areas to prevent unintended use. 9.Responsible for ensuring that appropriate records control procedure are implanted and maintained all throughout the area to ensure legibility, availability and preservation of all required information. 10.Responsible for communicating to all personnel the overall performance of the organization and ensuring that they are aware of the necessary actions needed. 11.Responsible for ensuring that personnel have proper training and qualification activities and by periodically reviewing their performance to identify needs based on their knowledge and performance. 12.Responsible for determining, providing and maintaining all infrastructure needed as well as managing the overall condition of the work environment needed to achieve conformity to product requirement. 13. Responsible for ensuring that required verification, validation, monitoring, inspection and test activities specific to product, processes criteria for product acceptance are implemented and satisfied all throughout the area. 14.Responsible for proper identifications, handling, storage, packaging, preservation and delivery of products in his process. 15.Responsible for communicating to all concerned parties any concerns or observation that may affect the effective performance of the quality management system. 16.Responsible for ensuring the preservation of the product and that traceability is maintained all throughout the stages of production and that records are maintained for traceability. 17. Responsible for the overall management of monitoring and measurement devices on his area and ensuring that all are calibrated and verified at specified intervals, prevent from unintended or unauthorized adjustments and protected from damage and deterioration during handling, maintenance and storage. 18.Responsible for assurance that all damage instruments are pulled-out from point of use to prevent unintended use. 19.Implementation of appropriate measurement, monitoring analysis and improvement processes to demonstrate product conformity and process effectiveness including application of statistical methods as applicable. 20.Responsible for control and identification of product by identifying their current status and ensuring that products which does not confirm to product requirements are prevented from unintended use. 21.Responsible for application of corrective and preventive measures to ensures that occurrence/reoccurrence of nonconforming products are prevented. 22. Responsible for managing findings raised during quality system assessments(both internal and external) and ensuring that appropriate actions are taken without undue delay. 23.Responsible for the standardization of all changes and improvements to documented procedures as a result of actions taken. 24.Responsible for providing feedback to top management regarding the performance of the process and communicating any need support or actions from top management. 25. Ensuring compliance to all defined quality, environmental, safety, statutory and other legal documents as applicable. 26.Assuming all responsibilities for promoting continual improvement of his processes through application of quality improvement tools and techniques. 27.General upkeep of each area through proper application of housekeeping and safety practices. | ||||||||||
| B. Supervisory | 1.Overall in charge in the management and operation of Production Section-A 2. Review training and education document to his subordinates. 3.Makes sure that his subordinates are qualified for the job position, having appropriate education, training, and relevant experience. 4.Periodically evaluate and upgrade subordinates' competency through proper identification of needs based on their level of knowledge and performance. 5.Reports to Senior and other authorities ,all urgent and important information regarding anything that concerns to his process . | ||||||||||
| C. Other tasks | 1. Approve documents like SOP , IPCS , KAIZEN , QUALITY IMPROVEMENTS . 2. Approve New Trainee like GET/Team member education plan and completion within target time. 3. Involve in Factory cost reduction project and completion for cost saving . 4. AS per management requirement any type of changes ready to change with immediate effect. | ||||||||||

| A. Minimum Educational Requirement: | Diploma / B.E (Any technical Stream) | ||||||||||

Minimum Required Knowledge and Skills: | Basic MS Word Basic MS PowerPoint Basic MS Excel Basic Presentation Skill Basic Adaptability to Japanese Management Style Advanced Analytical Skill Person should knowledge of basic human Resource department Person should knowledge of training method logy | ||||||||||
| Technical Exposure of Mixing,Ex-Cal and Material process. Knowledge of Scrap reduction, Basic knowledge of compounding. | |||||||||||
| C. Minimum Required Years of Relevant Experience: | 15 to 16 years experienced In Tyre Industry | ||||||||||

| E. Other Requirements: | • Focus on Achieving target based on SEQDCM and their improvement plan • Making quality improvement plans and applicable on process with the help and co-ordination, mutual understanding with Q/A , Technical/ Engineering /HR and other process department • Making improvement method and learning methods for the new graduate trainee/operator with the team. • Making good communication systems from top to bottom for the good flow • Focus on safety with high efficiency working • Focusing to understand and read the mind of learner with their modified training schedule • Taking initiative and explore the knowledge by participating other process discussion and sharing the experience | ||||||||||
