Job Description - Sr. Manager - Sales

The Team Manager will be responsible for managing day -to -day operations, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Team Manager will also be responsible for hiring and training new team members, creating and implementing sales strategies, and developing relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage budgets
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
