The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating, optimizing and validating Design for Test (DFT) architecture within our NAND flash memory products. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance testability, reduce costs, and improve product quality through innovative DFT strategies.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Develop and implement DFT strategies for NAND flash memory designs, including both Digital design and custom design circuits.\n\n\n\n\n * Analyze the testability of designs to ensure they meet quality standards.\n\n\n\n\n * Create and optimize the test sequences.\n\n\n\n\n * Design, develop, and optimize firmware for NAND test algorithms and validate the same.\n\n\n\n\n * Validate designs using Verilog simulations and XA simulations.\n\n\n\n\n * Collaborate with cross functional design teams to ensure seamless DFT integration.\n\n\n\n\n * Collaborate with PE in First Si bring up to High volume production\n\n\n\n\n * Support post-silicon validation and debug efforts.\n\n\n\n\n * Document DFT processes and results, providing detailed reports and recommendations.\n\n\n\n\nRequired Qualifications and Skills:\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s or Master\u0027s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\n\n\n\n\n * 3+ years of experience in Custom design and/or verification.\n\n\n\n\n * Strong understanding of digital design, verification, and test principles.\n\n\n\n\n * Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python.\n\n\n\n\n * Understanding of NAND flash memory architecture.\n\n\n\n\n * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\n\n\n\n * Effective communication and teamwork abilities.\n\n\n\n\nNice to Have:\n\n * Laboratory skills (lab tools such as oscilloscope, LSA, function generator) and testing on silicon at both wafer and package level.\n\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nSemiconductor Design Engineer 3\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
