Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled L2 Network Engineer with hands-on experience in Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Wireless LAN, Routing, and Switching technologies. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day network operations, troubleshooting, implementation, and support of enterprise LAN/WAN and wireless infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco, Meraki, and Aruba network devices.


• Support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and branch office connectivity.


• Configure VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, ACLs, DHCP, DNS, and routing protocols.


• Manage Wireless Controllers, Access Points, SSIDs, RF optimization, and roaming issues.


• Perform switch installation, firmware upgrades, and patch management.


• Monitor network health and resolve L2/L3 connectivity issues.


• Work with security and server teams for incident resolution.


• Follow ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.


• Prepare network documentation and implementation reports.
