Job Description:Associate/Sr. Associate – NETWORK

Role Responsibilities:

Sr. Associate:

● Lead the implementation of network projects, including network upgrades, migrations, and expansions. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deploy network equipment, software, and services according to design specifications and project timelines.

● Lead incident response efforts during network outages or security incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external partners for resolution.

● Must have knowledge of Static Routing, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, VLAN, VTP, Truck, inter VLAN, STP, MSTP, stacks, VSS, VPC, VDC. Experience with inter-company routing is preferred.

● Contribute to the development of long-term network strategies, roadmaps, and architectures aligned with organizational objectives.

● Hands-on working experience on Cisco Switches, 2950, 3750,3850, C9000 series Power Stacking, Data Stacking, HSRP, VRRP & GLBP.

● Expert knowledge of protocols such as HTTP, SMBSMTP, FTP, DNS, TLS/SSL, TCP, etc.

● Advanced knowledge of technologies like VPN, VXLAN, VRRP, HSRP, STP, Port channel, NetFlow, and stacking technologies.

● Knowledge or experience with modern data center fabrics such as Nexus 9K using NDFC (DCNM), Arista VXLAN-BGP-EVPN, or Cisco ACI.

● Working technical knowledge of network and security protocols (IPSEC VPN, QoS, SGT, SSL VPN, AAA, Dot1x, TustSec, NAT, etc).

● Experience implementing Cisco Nexus 9K and Cisco Catalyst 9K switching.

● Maintain, lead, and deploy fabric-enabled networks with Cisco DNAC.

● Knowledge or experience with SD-WAN: - including vManage, vBond, vSmart. The role requires the ability to design, deploy, configure, and manage SD-WAN solutions, encompassing SD-WAN policies, templates, and orchestrators.

● Execute end-to-end deployment of SD-WAN policies, templates, and orchestrators. QoS Implementation.

● SD-WAN Design and Deployment: Design, implement, and manage SD-WAN solutions, covering components such as vManage, vBond, and vSmart.

● Design, implement, and manage Cisco Meraki SD-WAN solutions

● Expert in troubleshooting network issues and familiarity with the necessary tools such as Ping, Traceroute, MTR, NMAP, Telnet, NSLOOKUP etc.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve network issues.

● Knowledge or experience with proxy services, particularly BlueCoat hardware and Zscaler cloud-based solutions (ZIA & ZPA), ZIA proxy policies like URL filtering, Malware and file control for users.

● Knowledge or experience with the Zscaler ZIA portal. Creating Zscaler firewall control policy based on change requests.

Associate:

Good to have:

● Security Knowledge on Firewall (Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto) & NAC(ISE).

● Familiarity with collecting and analyzing packet captures using Network Protocol Analyzers such as TCPDUMP, and Wireshark on Network Security (SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewall).

● Familiar with Authentication systems such as LDAP, MS AD, SAML, & VPN technologies such as IPSEC and Remote access VPN.

● Good experience working on SolarWinds NPM, NCM, IPAM, and syslog.

Qualifications/Experience:

● Diploma/Any Graduation

● Associate (3-5Yrs)/Sr. Associate (5-7Yrs)

● Expert level communication skills
