Job Description - Sr. Node.js Developer

Job Title: Node JS Developer
Role Type: Fixed Term Direct Contract with Talpro
Duration - 6 Months
Years of Experience: 6+ Yrs.
CTC Offered: INR 1L Per Months
Notice Period: Only Immediate Joiners
Work Mode: 5 Days from Office Weekly
Location: Central Delhi

Mandatory Filters :

1. Technical Skills - Node JS + PostgreSQL

2. Qualification: B.Tech / MCA

3. Stable Profile who have worked In Long Term Project and Don't have a GAP of More than 6 Months from his Last Job

4. Candidate who have handled Government or Public Sector IT projects

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with 3–6 years of experience to join our team for a prestigious government project based in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js. Those with experience working on government or public sector IT projects will be prioritised.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs with front-end and third-party systems.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high- quality solutions.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.

• Ensure proper documentation, version control, and adherence to coding standards.

• Work in an Agile development environment and participate in sprint planning and reviews.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript.

• Experience with MySQL, or PostgreSQL databases.

• Understanding of RESTful API development and integration.

• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

• Knowledge of Git or similar version control systems.
