Sr Partner Development Solution Architect

• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with partner engineering, architecture, and Center of Excellence teams to drive adoption of advanced data and AI solutions.


• Enable partner organizations through workshops, certifications, training sessions, and solution architecture discussions focused on scalable cloud deployments.


• Support the design and validation of partner solutions using Redis-powered architectures across cloud and hybrid environments.


• Act as a technical advisor to help partners overcome architectural challenges and integrate Redis capabilities into customer-facing solutions.


• Collaborate with partners to develop technical champions who advocate for platform adoption across strategic accounts.


• Align with partner go-to-market strategies to position solutions within RFPs, enterprise deals, and pipeline generation initiatives.


• Evangelize data and AI capabilities, including Redis Enterprise and Redis Cloud offerings across multiple industries and partner business units.


• Influence solution design decisions by demonstrating technical value and ensuring best practices in distributed system architecture.


• Support cross-functional alignment between partner teams and internal stakeholders to drive business and technical success.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles.


• 5+ years of experience working with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises architectures, including system design, migrations, and infrastructure management.


• Strong understanding of data architecture and AI fundamentals, with the ability to apply these concepts in real-world enterprise solutions.


• Experience working with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP (certifications preferred).


• Proven ability to engage with senior technical stakeholders and influence architectural decisions in complex environments.


• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience leading workshops, enablement sessions, and technical deep dives.


• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and solution designs.


• Experience working with partners, system integrators, or ecosystem-driven go-to-market models is highly desirable.


• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate independently in a global, fast-paced environment.
