Sr. Peoplesoft Support - FSCM

WHO YOU ARE:

The Senior PeopleSoft FSCM System Support role is responsible for overseeing and executing production support for the PeopleSoft (FSCM) suite. This position focuses on maintaining system stability, ensuring seamless business operations, resolving complex functional issues, and serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for core FSCM modules. The role involves close collaboration with business units, technical teams, and vendors to proactively manage and enhance the application environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Serve as the lead functional support resource for PeopleSoft FSCM modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Financial Gateway, and others.


• Monitor and troubleshoot batch processes, interface jobs, and integrations across systems to ensure operational continuity.


• Analyze and resolve complex production issues, collaborating with technical teams and Oracle support when necessary.


• Support critical business cycles including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing.


• Guide and mentor junior support team members, providing expertise and best practices for issue resolution and process improvement.


• Liaise with functional users to gather requirements, clarify issues, and provide system expertise in a consultative manner.


• Validate application changes, patches, and enhancements through coordinated testing and change management processes.


• Oversee access control reviews and security role assignments, working with audit and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment.


• Maintain and enhance knowledgebase documentation, SOPs, and functional support resources.


• Identify trends in incidents and recommend preventative measures, process automation, or training opportunities.

 WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with PeopleSoft FSCM in a support or systems analyst capacity.


• In-depth understanding of PeopleSoft business processes and operational workflows in Finance modules.


• Proven experience supporting enterprise-level ERP systems in a production environment.


• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of interacting across technical and business teams.


• Ability to lead initiatives and drive resolution independently with minimal supervision.


• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
