We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst to join our performance marketing team. He/she is responsible for managing performance channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display, being responsible for the execution of the strategy, performance of client KPIs, and maintaining adherence to deadlines and best practices.

We're seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team! You'll be responsible for creating and executing data-driven campaigns across Google Search Ads, Shopping Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), and TikTok Ads. Your strategic vision and analytical skills will be crucial in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth while optimizing spend and maximizing ROI.

Job Description

Research and execute key aspects of the campaign such as audience research,

account structure, etc.

2. Analyze paid media campaigns to develop, execute, test, and report on paid media

strategies with actionable next-step recommendations, maintaining a high standard

of operational excellence.

3. Execute bidding strategies across clients from various industry verticals, helping to

create a roadmap of initiatives to enable defined objectives & KPIs.

4. Devise A/B tests to drive continuous optimization, bringing learnings into future

campaign activities.

5. Measure and analyze results. Regular reports on what is working, what is not and

propose adjustments to strategies and tactics.

6. Understand organizational and product goals and map them to specific project

deliverables.

7. Partner with other digital channels to align overall strategy and message.

8. Responsible for managing marketing spend to ensure budgets are spent

accordingly without under/over-delivery.

9. Responsible for overall campaign strategy, planning, implementation & post-campaign review for the set of brands.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-4 years hands-on experience in ROI/performance-driven search

engine marketing (SEM), Google, Facebook, TikTok and other ad platforms strategies and

techniques.

2. Experience managing paid media campaigns for large-scale local/regional clients,

preferably across different industries.

3. Working on App and web campaigns in all channels which includes Facebook (primary), Google (primary), LinkedIn, Tik Tok (primary), Apple Search Ads, etc.

4. Hands-on experience on tools like Google Analytics and Appsflyer

5. Excellent interpersonal, communication & project management skills.

6. Understanding of Media partners and communication.

7. Knows the basics of Google and FB like Formulas, terminologies, dashboard, etc.

8. Knows about the latest updates in Google and Facebook primarily.

9. It will be 100% execution work, which involves strategic involvement and implementation.

10. High level of accuracy and attention to detail

11. Ability to proactively organize daily tasks

12. Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

14. Ability to work flexibly and towards tight deadlines

15. Previous experience in a similar role (Agency Preferable)

16. Smart, motivated, results-driven, and analytical individual

17. Have the ability to multitask and work well with a team, as well as being able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to accept interruptions as part of the routine

18. Well-versed in the Microsoft Office suite specifically, Excel and PowerPoint

19. Professional client communication, both written and verbal

20. Worked on e-commerce client
