Sr PHP Full Stack Developer

The Sr PHP Full Stack Developer will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our email software products. You will be instrumental in creating email solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. Reporting to the Head of IT, you will work closely with a team of experienced developers and interact with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain PHP application phases.
• Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort.
• Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support.
• Driving the delivery of critical product initiatives, manage product releases and deliver on commitments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer support, and sales to get feedback and understand their needs to enhance existing software or develop new products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, software engineering, or any related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with PHP (including various frameworks) is required.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 & CSS3, as well as advanced proficiency in JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, DurandalJS.
• Experience in working with MySQL and comfortable writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and have a clear understanding of PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, etc.
• Solid understanding and practical experience of applying design patterns to solve problems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
