Sr. Privacy Counsel Manager

-Review and negotiate privacy provisions in client, vendor, and other third-party contracts, including data processing agreements, data transfer agreements, access agreements, information security agreements, and other commercial agreements as needed. -Act as a legal subject matter expert for global privacy and data protection laws and regulations applicable to Vialto Partners. -Review and update relevant privacy policies, privacy statements, and related documentation in response to changes in applicable law and/or business operations. -Partner with risk management teams to investigate potential privacy incidents and coordinate incident response efforts, leveraging outside counsel when necessary. -Prepare, socialize, and implement legal guidelines for various business groups governing data use and data protection. -Manage multiple priorities within allocated timeframes and meet deadlines. -Execute duties with significant attention to detail, maintaining high quality standards. -Identify and propose recommendations to mitigate risks or issues in active cases. -Adhere to risk management and compliance procedures. -Establish and maintain positive working relationships internally and externally to achieve the organization\u0027s goals.
