3. Location: GGN/HYD/BLR – however preference is HYD (this should not stop you to source candidates from PAN India who are willing to relocate to these 3 locations/based in Arcesium office locations)
   
4. Good Communication skills is a mandate
   
5. Education: Btech/BE Candidates and MBA
   
6. Industry - FinTech, BFSI, FinTech Startups, Big 4 (but someone who has worked on product development/management)
   
7. Role Specifics:
   
1. Exp in handling equity, options, derivatives(anyone 1) & futures, OTC, Bonds etc
   
2. Project Management & coordination with the teams
   
3. Ability to articulate their thoughts to the extended team
   
4. The rest of the detailed specifics are mentioned in the JD
   
5. Someone who can design the technical and functional work flow. Once he is able to write the formula and then the implementation will be tested by preparing test cases
   
6. Some key words search - Test cases, preparation of the workflow, coordination of the project
   
8. Good to have : Background in Engineering
   
9. Notice Period preference  – Immediate - 1month
   

Interview Process :

• Total Interviews – 5 -6 rounds
  
• Drive Day – 2 -3 Rounds will be conducted
  
• Spillover rounds in the following week
  

Timelines:

1. 10 profiles to be uploaded on SF by 22^nd Nov, 2PM
   
2. Tanya/Ritu to share screened profiles with Gaurav and Shaji By 23^rd Nov 12 PM
   
3. Gaurav and Shaji to complete reviewing of profiles by 6 PM by 23^rd Nov
   
4. Tanya/ Ritu to revert to Consultants by 8 PM by 23^rd Nov
   
5. All schedules to be completed by 24^th Nov EOD
