We are looking for a skilled Production Engineer to manage and enhance manufacturing processes, facilitate effective production planning, and uphold exceptional quality standards in precision machining operations. This position entails coordinating production activities, boosting process efficiency, and guaranteeing the prompt delivery of high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and track daily production schedules to ensure timely deliveries.

• Manage CNC machining operations, encompassing turning, milling, and tooling processes.

• Verify that production processes comply with quality standards and aerospace machining specifications.

• Recognize and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and lower production expenses.

• Collaborate with design, quality, and sales teams for seamless production planning and execution.

• Assess machine utilization, production output, and overall operational efficiency.

• Keep detailed production reports, documentation, and performance metrics.

• Address production challenges and apply corrective measures.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and manufacturing best practices.

• Provide training and support to machine operators and shop floor technicians.

• In-depth understanding of CNC machining processes (Turning, Milling, Drilling)

• Familiarity with metal cutting tools and their machining applications

Preferred Qualification
