Job Description - Sr. React Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior React JS Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior React JS Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative web applications using React JS. You will work closely with our product development and design teams to deliver high -quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust and responsive web applications using React JS.
Collaborate with cross -functional teams to design and implement user -friendly interfaces.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front -end components with server -side logic.
Stay up -to -date with industry trends and technologies, and propose improvements to the development process.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, conducting code reviews when necessary.
Participate in the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a React JS developer, with at least [3+ years] of hands -on experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Mobx.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
Knowledge of front -end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, yarn).
Understanding of version control systems, such as Git.
Excellent problem -solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with unit testing and test -driven development (TDD) is a plus.
Knowledge of modern web security practices is a plus.
