We are
looking for a skilled and experienced Sr. Adobe Real -Time CDP Developer to join
our team on a critical FY27 programme. In this role, you will be responsible
for implementing, configuring, and optimising Adobe Real -Time Customer Data
Platform (RTCDP) solutions that enable personalised, data -driven customer
experiences at scale.
This
is a hands -on technical role requiring deep expertise in Adobe Experience
Platform (AEP), data ingestion pipelines, identity stitching, audience
segmentation, and activation across downstream channels. You will work closely
with architects, analytics specialists, and backend engineers to deliver a
unified customer data strategy.
Adobe Experience Platform & RTCDP
• 5 to 8 years of overall
experience in digital marketing technology or data platforms.
• Minimum 3 years of hands -on
experience with Adobe Real -Time CDP / Adobe Experience Platform.
• Deep knowledge of XDM
schemas, profile fragments, identity stitching, and merge policies.
• Strong experience with AEP
data ingestion: batch (CSV, Parquet), streaming (HTTP API, Kafka), and source
connectors.
• Proficiency in building and
managing audience segments using AEP Segment Builder and Profile Query Language
(PQL).
• Experience activating
audiences to destinations: Adobe Target, CRM, paid media (Google, Meta), and
email platforms.
Technical
Skills
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs
and AEP APIs (Catalog, Ingestion, Segmentation, Activation APIs).
• Experience with JSON,
Parquet, and Avro data formats.
• Familiarity with cloud
platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP, particularly around data lake and storage
concepts.
• Working knowledge of SQL for
data validation and query tasks.
• Understanding of web
analytics, tag management (Adobe Launch / Tags), and event streaming.
Data
Governance & Compliance
• Experience implementing data
usage labels, DULE policies, and consent frameworks within AEP.
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA,
and privacy regulations as applied to customer data platforms.
• Adobe Certified Expert -
Adobe Experience Platform Technical Foundations or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Adobe Journey
Optimizer (AJO) for real -time journey orchestration.
• Knowledge of Customer AI and
Attribution AI within AEP Intelligent Services.
• Familiarity with Adobe
Commerce and/or Adobe Analytics integration with AEP.
• Experience with data
orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or Azure Data Factory.
• Exposure to headless CMS or
AEM integration patterns.
• Strong communication skills -
ability to translate complex technical concepts to non -technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in
Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Collaborative team player who
can work across geographically distributed teams.
• Self -driven, proactive, and
comfortable working with ambiguity in fast -paced programme environments.
• Strong problem -solving
mindset with a focus on outcomes and delivery.
• Work on a high -visibility,
enterprise -scale Adobe Experience Cloud programme.
• Collaborate with a talented
team of architects, developers, and analytics specialists.
• Exposure to the full Adobe DX
stack across multiple solution areas.
• Flexible working arrangements
with remote/hybrid options available.
