Job Description - Sr. Salesforce Developer

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products

Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

Lead, collaborate with, and manage the team to ensure high performance and successful delivery.

Take ownership of technical and team\-level decision\-making.

Work closely with cross\-functional teams and contribute to key architectural and strategic decisions.

Design and deliver effective solutions for challenges within the team as well as across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge\-sharing sessions to strengthen team skills and technical capabilities.

Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development and growth.

Must\-Have Skills

Strong proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

In\-depth understanding of software development methodologies and industry best practices.

Hands\-on experience with Salesforce integration patterns, tools, and techniques.

Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures.

Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.

Additional Information

Minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture is required.

This role is based out of the Bengaluru office.
