Job Description - Sr. SAP BASIS Consultant

TSP is looking for a Senior SAP Basis consultant to deliver consistent high -performance SAP systems and applications
to support business operations.
Responsibilities:

• Hands -on experience in Production Support

• Responsible for system administration and support of technical architecture.

• Provide SAP Basis Administration Support, Performance monitoring & tuning, Problem analysis, and resolution,
Support in Database activities related to SAP.

• SAP S4HANA Upgrade – SUM Tool

• SAP HANA DB Upgrade

• Understanding of Dual Landscape Maintenance

• Solution Manager – CHARM / Retrofit – should know how to use / configuration not mandatory

• Ability to perform Admin activities, system copy and system installation, upgrade activities,
troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems

• Knowledge/Experience in Transport Management, Job Management, Batch Management, Kernel Updates, RFC
maintenance, system Refresh, SPS upgrades.

Good knowledge and understanding of UNIX and Windows operating systems

• Maintaining and majoring Availability systems: Perform Health Checks – production /non -production

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements within SAP Systems Infrastructure and
Architecture.

• Participate in providing 24x7 support on rotational basis to ensure operations of these critical systems for
different customers

Requirements

• Graduate in Engineering / Computer science / Information systems / Computer applications

• 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP BASIS.

• Experienced with SAP BASIS in multiple applications. S/4 HANA, SAPCAR, SAPSLT, BI, BOBJ, BODS and others

• SAP Upgrade – S4HANA Systems

• Should have strong technical foundation and strong problem -solving skills

• Strong Documentation Skills

• Experience on AZURE

• Good team player and quick learner.

• Good Communication Skills both SPOKEN and WRITTEN

• Goal Oriented Attitude and ready to work for extended hours, if required.
