Sr. Software Engineer

The candidate will be required to create functional applications and websites. This includes participating in the entire software development life cycle, debugging applications and configuring existing systems. You will use your .NET expertise to help us deploy high-quality applications. You will be required to complete certain tasks. The nature of the tasks may be as follows:

 • Understand the requirements and suggest concrete design and code.

 • Unit test and integration testing of self-produced code and team’s code.

 • Be able to communicate independently with stakeholders.

 • Work with data scientists and analysts to develop software

The Skills you’ll need

 • Strong knowledge of Web technologies.

 • Working knowledge of .Net Core. 

 • Proficient in C#. 

 • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming. 

 • Experience HTML/XHTML/CSS. 

 • Azure/AWS experience is mandatory 

 • Experience in JavaScript, jQuery/Bootstrap, JSON programming and any JS framework. 

 • Experience in Web API, Entity Framework and Distributed systems.

 • Experience in SQL Server or any RDBMS/ NoSQL programming.

Good to have skills

 • Self-starter and highly motivated individual who is prepared to use his/her own initiative in understanding and following up issues.

 • Takes ownership and responsibility of problems through to resolution.

 • Keen to learn business processes and technical skills.

 • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task when necessary.

 • Support junior developers’ work. 

 • Review and refactor code.

 • Document development and operational procedures.
