Sr. Software Engineer

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end development of web applications, APIs, and internal platforms.


• Design scalable application architecture, database structures, APIs, and integration workflows.


• Build robust, production-ready applications using PHP, Python, Node.js, and modern frontend technologies.


• Leverage AI development tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Replit, Lovable, and similar platforms to improve development speed and quality.


• Build and integrate AI-powered features and LLM APIs into production applications.


• Review code, mentor junior developers, and drive engineering best practices.


• Collaborate closely with Product, Business, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.


• Ensure engineering quality, application performance, security, scalability, and production stability.

What We're Looking For

• 3–4 years of hands-on software development experience.


• Strong expertise in PHP, Python, or Node.js.


• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other SQL/NoSQL databases.


• Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices, and third-party API integrations.


• Experience with ReactJS or VueJS.


• Working knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud Platform.


• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, Linux, and PowerShell.


• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalable application development.


• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of the software development lifecycle.

You'll Stand Out If You Have

• Experience building AI-powered or LLM-integrated applications.


• Experience working on SaaS, Product Engineering, ERP, E-commerce, PrintTech, GiftTech, or HRTech platforms.


• Contributions to GitHub, open-source projects, technical blogs, or developer communities.
