The Role: Senior .NET Software Engineer
What We Do: The DRMM solution operates by deploying an agent on Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms, which communicates in real-time with our cloud service in AWS. This agent-based RMM system is a core component of our technology and is integral in providing efficient remote device management to customers worldwide.
A key feature of our service is remote control functionality, allowing administrators to manage devices seamlessly. As part of our continued innovation, you will be a crucial member of the team building our next-generation, browser-based Web Remote tool. This tool, developed using F# and Fable, enables users to connect and control desktops from anywhere in the world, delivering superior performance and reliability in real-time.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of developing using C# and/or F#.
Solid knowledge and understanding of .NET concepts and principles
Windows Development: Proven track record of developing applications in Windows environments.
Cloud Computing Expertise: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., NUnit, xUnit, MSTest).
Version Control Systems: Proficiency with Git or other version control systems in a team-based development environment.
CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to streamline development processes.
Problem Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Adaptability and Drive: Highly motivated, with a passion for learning, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
SDLC: Proficient in utilizing JIRA and actively participating in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
IT Security: Understand and proactively follow the security-first principles, to ensure the security of the company and its customers
Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to team collaboration.
Bonus Skills and Experience:
Real-Time Communication Technologies: Experience with WebSockets and/or WebRTC for building real-time communication solutions.
Remote Control Software Development: Familiarity with remote access or control software, such as TeamViewer.
Video Streaming: Experience with video streaming protocols and technologies.
Frontend Development: Experience with modern web development frameworks, particularly React.
Open-Source Contributions: A history of contributing to open-source projects, demonstrating a passion for collaborative coding.
