Sr. Software Java Engineer (Javascript/JSP Oracle/ SQL)

Our engineering teams work at the intersection of legacy modernization and greenfield innovation—leveraging Java, Oracle, and modern front-end stacks to deliver mission-critical solutions across finance, telecom, and logistics sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications using Spring Boot, JSP, and Servlets—ensuring scalability, security, and code reusability.


• Write efficient, optimized Oracle SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures to manage large-scale transactional data.


• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to integrate JavaScript-based front-end components with backend Java services.


• Debug, optimize, and refactor legacy JSP/Java EE codebases to improve performance and maintainability.


• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services using Java-based frameworks and middleware.


• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and agile ceremonies to ensure engineering excellence and timely delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Java 8+ (Core Java, Spring Boot, JSP, Servlets)


• Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL, query optimization)


• JavaScript (vanilla JS, DOM manipulation, AJAX)


• RESTful API development


• Git version control


• Agile/Scrum methodology

Preferred

• Experience with Hibernate or JPA


• Familiarity with Maven/Gradle build tools


• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus
